    Can anyone here please share some thoughts and suggestion as to where is the best place to buy for long term hold in NSW area ?

    I've found the reliable list here from Best Suburbs in NSW to Buy & Invest | propertyvalue.com.au as at 3/1/2016:

    But not sure which one is better place to pick or narrow down.

    Based on the "Safest" criteria below:

    it seems buying any units between Penrith and St. Mary's is the sweet spot, so can anyone here please confirm ?

    I think after 12months, there will be much more value in buying then.

    Personally I think, from 2nd half of 2016 onwards and for the next couple of years following that, Sydney will present good buying opportunities.
