A few years ago i posted a succes story of me knocking next door to an ip.

I pretended i was in the area and liked the area and i was interested in buying

Left my details after a wuick social chat that had no obvious hope.
Fast fwd 8 months get a letter askinf me if i want to buy.
After a few msgs a deal was struck.

Fast fwd a year i also managed to pick up three doors down at market price with the help of an agent. Well the agent did absolutely nothing but took his comission

So now i own number 1, 3 and 7 as an example

Avcording to my tenants no 5 owner is crazy. Causes problems left right and centre.

I sent a sms offering to buytheir house and i got a complaint sms asking how i got their number followed by a avo attempt!!! (I didnt tell them how ingot their number in case they found out i owned next door)

So now i have an agent going around to cop some abuse from this person that lives there

No one's a motivated pest if there's enough money thrown at them.

OP, I wonder if you bought in your own name? If so, your name should appear on the strata report and it would be quite obvious?

Im sure its a house, so no strata reports.
They would need to have access to RP data or similar to see who owns the house.

Had their number due to the numerous whinges they had reported to the pm about trivial stuff

I pretended that an agent gave me their nunber. I said oh ray white agent gave me your number. They proeeded to call every ray white office in the area.

Twas quite funny to be honest

Poor fellas, I hope you've given them a listing or a property to manage or something.
