Even if you don't mind the mood of the place, there are a lot of human remains in one centralised area. Yuk.
Lots of open space and lawn . But no.
And then there's the ghosts and zombies. Ah ah no thanks.

NO! We don't need Geoff as well. Thankfully Hubby hasn't seen this thread, or he'd be making wisecracks too!:p

    Ok no more puns.

Darlinghurst boy have you unearthed any more details on the property? With a reno it could be nice, it has good bones

DB I clicked on this thread because I love your posts. Do you have a job? How do you find the time to be wading through swamps and over cemetery walls to view these properties. I think you could make a doco or write a book seriously.

I'm sure with a purchase like this you'll be buried under all the paperwork.
Hopefully the only thing to rise if you purchase is the price.

Good way to start the morning when we had a shocker at Edgbaston. @Darlinghurst Boy I personally won't buy the property for IP or PPOR . Over my dead body.

For a start there asking too much.
I phoned the Agent Nick and told him this.

He said thats what the buyers want.
I said there are other houses in nearby suburbs selling in their early 4's and close to shopping centres etc .
He didnt know what to say then snapped back, " we have buyers so interested in this property they have offered in the 5's !!!
Sure Nick, I believe you,
