These were the final costs prepared by an external party for stage 1, and presented to the developer.

I don't want to start another thread thought would rather continue here.

Can someone please put me in right direction and my enquiry is - Firstly are there any land release happening between river stone and Richmond?sorry that Everytime I google up I am not getting any convincing information. How do I register in dealing with the purchase ? Can also someone detail the process of buying a new land release and how long does it take? Also what approx is the price range and cost involved am I expecting if I am to
    Proceed further?

Any information would be muchly appreciated. Many thanks.

    All,

Just curios, when you have looked at new land releases, any tips on how to determine price of a respective lot?

Obviously, developers will have their own guides but how can one determine if their price is 'reasonable'?
