    Hi everybody just wandering what are your views on investing in a 3 bedder house in hoppers or carrum downs. I know they are totally different suburbs to each other.

    Where will you invest in the current cycle and or whether is it too late now.
    I'm looking to invest in a big block but can't decide between the two little confused as I have always lived n invested in eastern suburbs. Thanks

    I also have my eyes on both + Melton. Will be deciding within 3-4 months.

    Very hard to decide..so confusing but my gut feel is with carrum downs and even Seaford..in terms of good growth...600 sqm block min or even more for atleast ten year hold...
