Buying interstate process

Hi,

Any recommendations for a company which does pre purchase property inspection within 35 km from melbourne? Does pest inspection also gets covered under pre purchase property inspection?

Also what is the difference between building inspection and property inspection?

 

There is a building inspection and a pest inspection.
You can get them separately, some companies do them both at the same time.

Not heard any company say a property inspection, you should clarify with them exactly what they do, that sounds like a survey check maybe.
