WA Buying in Lockridge Perth

    Beechboro is adjacent to Lockridge, so isn't any closer to the city and isn't lower entry level, its pricier.
    Yup and I noticed when I was in Perth at Christmas time they've put a big fence around it now as well.

    last time I looked it was...OK... whatever works, just another suggestion, also I guess Beechboro does not have Lockridge stigma, but at the end of the day if the numbers don't stack with any of these areas move along.

    I think its pretty much a sign of the times at the moment in Perth, developing wont make sense in any area. At least that is what I have been reading on the forum from some developers.

    Correct about the stigma part. I grew up in Beechboro and no one wanted to be admit it was near Lockridge. I doubt its as bad these days though?

    It's funny that people talk about these areas like they're bad though - they're pristine and upper class compared to some suburbs here in Adelaide.

    I would buy in Lockridge no problems whatsoever, but not in current market.
    It ticks so many boxes for me

    Infrastructure
    development opportunity
    proximity to city
