Does something with a mixed zone rather than strictly a residential zone in the inner suburbs put people off?

Don't know much about it, was curious if anyone has had any experience with it.

    Thanks

A lot of new apartments have shops and cafes on the ground floor, or are built in with hotels on other floors, so does all sorts of weird stuff with the zoning.

The only put-off is whether you can get the LVR you are after on a loan.

    Ah ok.

Would I be reasonably safe in assuming an attached house in a mixed zone area wouldn't have these same LVR issues?

    Thanks
