    Hi all,

I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.

I am looking for an established home NOR and are thinking of putting in an offer. The house is to live in with my wife an I.

    https://m.realestate.com.au/property-villa-wa-dianella-133941766

The agent has said "the owner rejected an offer of $345k"

I did a bit of research and found a similar property

    https://m.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-wa-dianella-131695066

    This one sold for $363k.

The street is close to transport and near coventry village and morley shopping centre. I also asked a neighbour what he thought of the street and got mostly positive response (may be from the lack of socialising with people)

The house I'm interested in is built in 1988 (as per the title date) and recently renovated. It is a strata title. It also has no common walls with the other villas

I lived SOR most of my life and just lacking information and feel about the area. Does anyone have any thoughts on this property or if i am missing something to research on? Is the price reasonable for north of $350k?

    Any answers would be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance
