    Hi everyone!

    just checking on your insights about Bardwell Valley. I checked the history and there’s none in this forum page. We’ve seen a good property around the area which is few minutes walk to Turrella station. There’s also R3 zoning on the house. We also liked the fact that it’s in a quiet street lined with big trees. How’s the CG in this area, thinking of living in the house for 10-15yrs then selling it later on? How’s the safety, community vibe and schools? Thank you!

    Here's the summary for a start:
    It is quite a small but developed suburb, in the Bayside NSW area.

    Did you end up getting something in the area?
