VIC Buying house in Indians preferred locality in Eastern Melbourne

    In my case, the project allocated to me has been delayed

    HR wants to send me ASAP, but the manager has no suitable role ready for me

    If you REALLY want live on this side of Melbourne then I suggest these other suburbs around the area with large Indian populations.

    1. Clayton 10.3% Indian
    2. Clayton South 14.8% Indian
    3. Springvale 11.1% Indian

    or you may need to look further out to Dandenong or Frankston. These suburbs are like mini cities so you may not need to live as close to Melbourne CBD anyway.

    Nonetheless, I agree that Ashwood is a better option than Glen Waverley considering it is closer to the CBD.
