    hi all,

i am looking at buying this 30-40 year old house and following has come at hand re drainage issues and pier issues that were there at the property 3 years ago. also see invoice that about 9k was spent to fix it.

would it be something you guys would consider and proceed?

only issue is I still feel there are little drainage issues as when we saw the house twice and bit of rain day before. the backyard was surely wet and soggy.

The backyard being wet and soggy (no surprise with all the rain we've had over the last 3 weeks), is an entirely different issue than the subfloor area being wet and piers being washed away and pipes being collapsed as was the situation 3 years ago prior to the owners sending $9K to fix it.

I'd be checking these issues to see if they are resolved first. My PPOR's back yard is wet & soggy too but is is flat, There is no water under my house however.
