Hi, I'm interested in an investment house in zone b6 (enterprise corridor) in Wollongong. I understand the zone to be able to be used for commercial, light industrial and residential property. The house is right in the centre of town, close to all main amenities and of course the beach. It has a good rental return and the demand to rent the the property would be high. My only concern is buying in a zone where it's not just for residential properties. Has anyone had any experience buying- investing in a B6 zone, good or bad?
