    Can the timber still be harvested and milled etc?? Not sure what the surrounds are - if it's now national park or state forest

    Tourism and timber plus live out there. Sell Timber direct to @Westminster, number 1 importer in wa :cool:

    Is that like the 6th time Tone River has been for sale?

    It's Manjimup. It's off the beaten track. Perth has a small local getaway scene - you'd probably make more money buying a 3x1 in old Dunsborough and putting it on Stayz.
