SA Buying a property on a main road or a highway - is that ok to do ?

    Its only a 60 zone, I would class it as a road. Highway means 80 zone.

    Lower barrier to entry to purchase in this suburb. However, renter appeal may result in a higher vacancy rate.

    Have you inspected the property yourself?

    I read a paper on that the other day.

    Electric vehicles are quieter due to having no engine noise - until they go above 40km/h, then tyres and wind movement becomes dominant and they even out with internal combustion vehicles. So urban traffic noise will decrease, particularly from trucks and motorbikes (and idiots with sports exhausts), while highways will sound roughly the same.
