Thanks taking note of all of this? How about Cronulla on South? I am getting inclided somewhere on the seaside that can be affordable like Dee Why, Cronulla or Cogee. With so many areas I think there will be always buyer remorse. If there is a beach nearby I can always go for a run and swim and wash those sorrows... :)

Maybe try Oatley? The commute Cronulla to city might be maddening.

Quakers hill will tick all your boxes if you are looking for houses in that price range and still save some money ;)

Who was that famous robber who was asked "why do you rob banks?" and he said "cos that's where they keep the money!"

A thief aint gonna to waste his time robbing a houso area when there's 10x the loot in a wealthy suburb house.

The B1 takes me to the city in 45m. Cronulla 65m but its more confortable journe and train. Yes, not much offer in Coggee with that budget (50m commute). Thanks for sharing thoughts.

True. The 35 minutes i mentioned was for the actual commute on train. But plenty of people get dropped off, you do need to get there early for a parking spot close by. In saying that, Wentworthville has more parking and isn't "that much" further to drive...

Guys, what's your take on Maroubra? SLR seems to be going to expand there also within some years.
