    Looking for the best buyers agent in Brissy and in Byron to help me with;
    - An investment purchase
    - Brissy looking for a home around 600sqm about 3-7km from the city in a great school catchment
    - Byron looking for a home around the $800k-$900k as an investment purchase that we use ourselves and Airbnb - something we can add value to but that isn't a complete eyesore

    you might want to consider Right Property Group or Propertyology, I have heard good things about both, and I will be using RPG for the first time once my finance application gets approved.

    There should already be some threads on here with good and bad ones I think

    He also runs a very interesting monthly blog on his website about Northern Rivers property and other issues affecting the region. Not used him, but I've seen him recommended a lot over the years.

    I’m also a client of Allen Real Estate. I’ve purchased two properties in Brisbane using their services. One was in 2019 and the other more recently in Jan 2021. The 2019 one was a future PPR and the 2021 was an IP.

    I’m very happy with my purchases and they were great to work with. Most recently I worked with Micah Keal Grant.
