    Hi All,

    Tried searching the forum, however, wasn't able to find the answer.

    Could somebody recommend a good BA that specialises in the Northern Beaches of NSW.

    Similarly, what are peoples opinions of Cohen Handler? Has anybody used them. They seem very good with their social media profile, however, don't see them listed on the REBAA website.

    Theres a couple BAs from there who contribute on here @Propertunity and @Jacque , not sure if they service the suburbs you're after but well worth asking. They're a wealth of knowledge.

    The reason they're not listed on the REBAA website is because they are not members.

    Hey @Propertunity understand that.

    Was more so curious as to whether we should only concentrate on those who are members as opposed to those that aren't?

    For instance, Cohen Handler not being a member, should they be avoided or are they any less reputable than say yourself or Jacque?

    Hey @Jacque thanks for the reply. We have spent some time browsing your website. Congratulations also for your nomination as a 2016 finalist of the REINSW Awards for Excellence.

    We're actually waiting for our own place to settle (18 January) so just doing research on BA's at the moment.

    We're upgrading to a new PPOR that needs flexibility for a future family. Time frame is flexible also as we'll be moving in with the in-laws in the interim.

    Is there better times of the year to engage yourself or should we make contact as soon as possible if we are to go ahead?
