    Hi all,

Has anyone used or can anyone recommend a buyer's agent operating in Melbourne inner east with expertise in the greater Melbourne region? Looking for potential development sites...

    Thanks.

    Something to think about....

Is a BA the right fit for development site?

Have they actually developed property ? What is their experience, very important IMO

What development sites have they sourced for clients?

What is their criteria for purchasing a development site? Do they prepare feaso? do they show you the comps on the feaso. Do they understand what product is required for the specific suburb they are recommending.

What if a block has a restricted vegetation overlay?? Do they understand the risks??

On the flip side, development sites in Melb are not making sense today, because the land has soared.

If you are talking land banking well then you probably need deep pockets for this strategy as yields are woeful at this point of the cycle.... hint hint
