    Hi,
    I'm looking for recommendations for buyer's agents in Melbourne.
    Looking to buy IP in the West or maybe Northwest, established 3/4 bed with a view to long term capital gains (decade+ horizon). Price point under $900k. We are in Canberra so need an agent.
    I follow Michael Yardney's blogs and know he offers this service but would love some personal recommendations, or thoughts on his company if anyone has used. Cheers!!

    I would recommend Phillip Almeida from Performance Property Advisory.

    Cate Bakos also has a good reputation from what I can gather.
