Buyers agent in Brisbane

Hi.

We are looking at buying an investment property in Brisbane at the moment. Not 100% sure on where just yet but most likely the middle suburbs.

We are considering using a buying agent to inspect the house and manage the process for us.

This is a new experience and we are a little nervous so we would love to hear people's experience in doing this.

Also any recommendations for a great business to contact based on experience would be appdeviated, more than happy to pay a little more for someone that we can trust.

You're not limited to only Brisbane based BA. There are a few main players in Sydney and Melbourne that have great contacts in Brisbane and beyond.
As you processed with your property investment journey, you'll see the benefits of diversification. Basically, not putting all your eggs in one basket and ride different market cycles.
To do that, I would recommend engaging a buyer's agent based on national scope instead of a local one, as the options presented to you will be based on what's best for your portfolio and financial goals rather than a limited market exposure.
