    A friend wants to buy in Frankston, Melbourne, PPOR. In my view a BA can get a better deal than someone not versed in property. Recommendations for a BA based on the Mornington Peninsula would be appreciated. TIA.

    I don't think they need to be based on the Mornington Peninsula to do a good job. They just have to know the area and the agents. Try calling the REBAA members in VIc.
