Doesn't need to be vaccines - paracetamol will do - it's apparently been restricted now due to hoarding.....

Mass produced cheap ventilator kits. I am sure you could rig something up with an air compressor and a timed solenoid switch, maybe a 3d printed mouth-piece/tracheal tube? Similar to some of the clever discount medical equipment they have made for field hospitals in Africa like the $1 centrifuge or microscope.

design an outfit that has lots of sticks jutting out of it that are exactly 1.5 metres long. Like those plastic sticks you stick on a bike helmet to ward of magpies

Or this, which is a slightly more elegant solution.

I seen a local guy on Facebook has got a little truck and doing alcohol order and drop offs in the local area, good little way to make a bit of extra money right now. Also, gym equipment and weight plates right now are hard to find. I seen a guy on Facebook selling weight plates for $6 per kilogram, that is ridiculous. I think you could knock up some concrete weight plates and make a couple extra dollars right now.

I hear of cleaning companies shutting down etc - I would have thought now is the time they would *really* be needed?
