    Hi All

    We broke ground on the first 2 of 7 properties starting this month, more next month.

    Bundaberg was a trial site for the NDIS so the participants, support co-ordinators, support workers etc already know what SDA is.

    Massive difference from most places where people don't know how it works.

    We have almost 30 participants lined up to go into the properties we are building, the first 12 are full before we broke ground.

    So lucky that we are in a position to help so many people get out of crappy places.

    4x 3bed Plus OOA High Physical Support House
    2 x 1 Bed Auxillary Villas HPS

    Handover on Thursday from Builder - tenants moved in on Monday (during our tech install period of 2 weeks - they couldn't wait.)

    Finished on Friday. First Moved in Monday. 2nd moves in 14 Jan
