    Does anyone have a view on property in Bunbury or around eaton/austrlind? i havent seen to much movement either way? Is now a good time to buy? Any views on if its likely to drop/rise?

    Any insights/info welcome :)

    no, not a good time, still too much stock. Just keep watching and waiting

    As far as new homes are concerned blocks through Treendale and Treendale Riverside are still selling well. Some cheap land in Treendale Riverside that has created interest amongst investors - the new bridge between Treendale and Millbridge will help the area as will the continued investment in infrastructure.
    The area that seems to be creating the most interest in the South West at the moment for investors is Vasse.
