Features that are attractive and landscaped into a garden can add value compared to plain dirt and plants just thrown together.

Some Japanese gardens with worship pieces look amazing.

    The whole effect adds value

... until it rains or that middle stack of pavers falls on someone.

As a PM would you flag that as a potential risk?

I'm not being a PITA here. I truly would be worried to have someone hurt by a badly planned thing like that. It has nothing to do with taste. We are all different. This high, pavers stacked up is now coming into the "is it safe" category. It doesn't look safe now it is taller than a child and not held together with anything at all.

Big time. Would just take a kid having fun with a ball or pet to end up with a squashed kid and big insurance claims.

Given it's not even half finished and likely never will be (hoping for someone to donate pavers?) it's only added negative value as an incomplete eyesore that would cost someone time/money to remove. Even if by some miracle it was completed and didn't collapse under it's own weight in the first heavy rain very I can't imagine anyone thinking that would add value to a house.

If it's not built to building codes then there is a risk.
However, I have not seen the temple nor been asked to assess it so can't speculate on things I don't know about just to make someone feel bad on the internet - I'm not that person.

If Fullylucky was my client I would advise him accordingly and in person not on here.

It clearly isn't being built to any sort of code. I'm just curious who thinks this adds value to the property. I'm not doing it to bag out FL, but he did start the thread and said he is doing this to add value. I think it takes value because people will factor in removing it. Regardless of that, it is not mortared, is now high enough to be dangerous and I'm not here to make him feel bad. I'd be concerned if I had a kid playing near it.

I'm not here to argue with you either ;).

Spiritual value is priceless! You can't put a figure on it! The grand almighty would not sell out for "human monetary value"...especially in todays economic climate:cool:

I can see where this is going. Its intended to be a pyramid.

Nothing good happens in a pyramid

Should he have opted to use the pyramid scheme to reduce the GST on the new dwelling?

Not sure if @fullylucky has used the pyramid scheme but he's certainly not engaged any pyramid contractors or used phoenix companies.

I think it will add value since no one else has one. If it's rare the value would go up.

I can say i have the biggest pyramid in the south east. Muhahaha...

Fullylucky wants to redo the Pyramid Building Society debacle from the 1980's perhaps.

Interesting Logic. I'm going to paint my house rainbow colours and erect a giant unicorn in the front yard. Value is certain to go up "cause it's rare bro"
