    Hi all,

We are building 4 townhouses and are at Building Contract Stage making sure that all the plans and specifications have been included and also finalizing the Building Permit.

I know the Joinery plans need to be included in the Building Contract but should they also be included in the Building permit?

The joinery plans include kitchen and bathroom details, not just a general layout.

    Will keep you updated.

    Thanks, Anne

They should be in the tender plans but aren't listed in the requirements for a DA/CC. what does your architect say?

The joinery plans were in the tender plans and will be in the building contract. We just noticed that our architect is not including them in our building permit, the plans that our architect will be sending to the building surveyor.
All sorted , they are in the tender plans.
