Guys in Victoria if there is a neighbouring structure (garage) built on the boundary and you too want to build on boundary what can you/can’t you do.
A11 and B18 state you have no choice but to build the same size structure as what’s there +/- 2m max meaning if a neighbour has already built its first in best dressed and if you want to build on boundary you have to copy what’s there?
Am I reading this standard correctly.

First thing to check is if it is actually on the title boundary. It could be its set back from the boundary, or in your title.

Next is to consult a designer/planner to go through the design process and to discuss rescode and what you can do on tge whole site, and that boundary. @Tufan Chakir can help
