Building insurance for community title

    I am looking to arrange insurance for a property that is under a community title. The body corporate insures common areas (pretty much a shared driveway), but building insurance is the responsibility of Lot owners.

    I'm struggling to find an insurance provider that will provide cover (via the various online quotation forms).

    The property is an attached townhouse, in a group of 4 with shared walls either side, located in SA.

    Any recommendations people can suggest?

    I'd suggest you speak with the other Owners. And if you all come together and do one package, you might get a better coverage
