Building inspector & solictor recommendations - Marrickville

    Hello everyone,

    My partner and I have found a nice property in Marrickville that on its face seems pretty good. However, we'd best perform some due diligence before getting too excited about a possible purchase, so I thought I'd see if any PCers had recommendations for pre-purchase building/pest inspectors and/or reliable solicitors based in Sydney's Inner West?
