Building inspector recommendations-North Melbourne

I will be bidding for houses in North Melbourne
Target suburbs are Coburg, Reservoir, Pascoe Vale, Watsonia etc

Can any one recommend a good building inspector willing to inspect in the above areas on reasonable charges
As I may have to get several reports before I am successful in buying, is there any possibility to reduce the charges for repeat reports
But price reduction should not come at the cost of quality


Looking for a lawyer also on similar lines

@James Baker We used Bear Bottom Inspections for B&P (1300 776 072) for our searching on 2 properties last year in Watsonia but we weren't successful (went to 1 auction and bidded the other we didn't bid at as we had gone unco on another property).

For lawyer we use Arthur J Dines & Co (9470 8288) given our relationship with them (wife has used her whole life and we have been going as couple for 5 years) as they are our family lawyers they do contract inspections free on the basis we will use them if we proceed.
