    Resicert are good and I have used many times. Their price is in the high fives.

    We use Arrowpoint Inspections.

    He was a builder for many years and they are both lovely to deal with (husband/wife team). I have learned a lot by going along with him - he's happy to talk to you about pros and cons, and things that need to be considered in the future, as well as stuff that isn't a major problem.

    I used Resicert and was happy with their work. Always call them up to discuss the report as there are some things that they will mention over the phone, but not put in the report!

    I have used resicert a couple of times. All good, reliable and a decent report to go with it. No issues.
