    Hi all,

    I'm currently looking for a builder for a custom dual occ (2x 4br detached). I'm ending up around the $950k mark for both together currently... which I feel is high.

    1) Can anyone recommend a builder on the GC/SEQ?
    2) What $/sqm are you currently working on for mid spec? These are 2x smaller-end 4br homes. Is $950k (fencing/landscaping included) coming in at roughly the right price?

    $950k for 2 x 4 bedders and custom sounds reasonable. I would be more interested in who the builder is and their track record / reputation.
