    Just signed contract on a 1920's Queenslander in Wynnum and need suggestions for anyone experienced with this type of house?

    A lot of people here recommended Brett from Inspec.

    I've used him and he is great, just give him plenty of notice because he's quite busy.
    I wanted to use him for my latest purchase but he couldn't get there for over a week
