    I've got a similar question so hopefully it's ok to post it here as well.

    About to settle on an off the plan apartment and looking for pre-settlement inspection services with focus on off the plan apartment purchases in Sydney.

    Do you guys have any suggestions? Thank you very much in advance!

    ps. someone recommended https://www.section108.com.au but not sure if they handle off the plan purchases.

    Try Stephen at AusInspect- Australian Pre Purchase Inspections | Sydney | Building Inspection | Pest Control & Building Services, Maintenance | Ausinspect

    Does a great Walk & Talk inspection and very detailed report so highly recommended.

    Mention PC and I think you get a discount.

    Andy, not sure if they do OTP’s but worth a call anyway.
