Building a pool for new PPOR

    I'm entertaining the idea of adding a lap pool on planned new build PPOR (not likely a smart decision, more of lifestyle decision. Alternative is buying a car, learn how to drive a car, drive to olympic size public pool somewhere)
    • What's the process like when combined with building a new house? Thinking of concrete pool. House will be with project builder
    • What's the approx cost? thinking of size 1.8 x 15m, approx. 1.2-1.5m depth
    • how much clearance do you need from the actual building, assuming I want to add it ont he side of the house? (hence thin and long)
