    I'm looking to develop a 3 units on 700sqm block in Coolbelup WA. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good builder for me? Any thoughts about going to a building broker first?

    I prefer this approach as a genuine building broker will easily save you the commission thats built into the contract.
