    I am looking for recommendations for a builder to renovate my unit in the inner south east suburbs. I want a good value for money builder who understands investment property renovations. Feel free to message me with recommendations and comments too. Thanks

    We have a number of craftsmen we can suggest and it would depend on what exactly is required.
    If you need our help please specify what type of works are required and whether it needs a licenced builder or more a bathroom/kitchen guy.

    The entire unit needs updating from its original condition. Top floor of a 3 storey walk up.
    A new kitchen and updating the bathroom including knocking down a shower wall if possible. All cupboards reconfigured and modernised, new doors, new flooring
