    I am looking for a really good builder in Newcastle who can basically be completely trusted to build a house properly to very high quality and will not be a complete rip off like the corporate builders.

    I know a small builder who I trust with my life, however, he cannot compete on price with the big guys who buy in bulk and sub contract etc etc ... I'll PM you fella.
