Builder recommendation - narrow block

    Hi all,

    Can someone recommend a builder in Melbourne that specialises in narrow but deep blocks? 7.5m frontage 45m depth. Front drive access only no ROW.

    Looking to put a 2 storey 4/2/1 type build on it.

    I assume it’ll have to be a custom build? I’ve googled and all volume builders say 10m frontage minimum.
