    Looking for recommendations for a builder in Canberra - I have some thoughts but would love to hear of positive (or even not so positive) experiences from those on the forum. Feel free to PM too if you prefer.

    Looking at a potential knock down/rebuild in inner South.

    Haha some solid banter here.

    Is it a single house dwelling or multi-unit?

    I've only heard some 'not so positive' stories from young public servants (first home buyers) - about some of the larger developers operating in Cbr - so long as its not a significant multi-unit construction there probably in a different market.
