    Hi all,

next door they are building units and have damaged the brick boundary wall and said as they have to excavate 2m deep they will rip the boundary wall out for safety and replace for like to like which is fine he's communicated this to me in a text message saying it will be done at the end of the job,

my question is, is the text enough? or do i need some type of contract over such a small thing?

    Cheers, Elives

A text can suffice as a contract.
