Hi guys, We are building a duplex in Doncaster Melbourne. Hopefully due for completion end of next year. Pretty bad timing given prices are expected to continue falling. We have already sold one. Thinking if we should rent out the other one or just sell it. Prices probably wouldn't be good then. We are leaning towards keeping one right now to rent out. It's a big home so probably looking at $950 pw rental when it's done.
Guess it depends if you could afford to hold it until the market improves? How long will that be? Not sure
