    I know this was recently announced but is there anyone on here that has any more information about this.
    Mainly criteria etc?
    Would I be correct in assuming a developer knocking up two/three townhouses would not qualify for Landtax concessions under this build to rent and it would be more directed at your multi level apartment buildings? (Higher density)
    Would a single dwelling being built for the purpose of renting and not selling be considered etc?
