I purchased OTP in a four storey, 25 unit suburban development. No pool or gym. Foundations were in place start-August. First level was up by start-September. I'm trying to get an idea of two things: the time it will take to complete the development, and the approximate settlement date. I know the settlement date is fairly difficult to estimate because vendors do their own thing, but surely there's an industry average for completion time? Thanks
How many storeys? How many units/floor? What's the track record of the builder? What colour are the toilets? Is it in a major capital city or regional area? How deep is the basement? What is the propensity for rain until the building is out of the ground? What is site access like? Who gets an invite to the topping-off party?
