    If you are confident a $5k carport could yield a $20 rental increase then that is a 20% Return on Equity. I would see it as worthwhile.

    In my experience often a car is a tennants most valuable asset, so providing a secure parking area can be quite appealing.

    Sorry can't help. But try find a local guy rather than a bigger company as they have no over heads etc. It's less than a days work for something basic
