VIC Brunswick - Property Manager recomendation

    Hi all - I am having serious problems with my property manager - the property manager was recommended by a highly regarded BA, but as we all can expect - in the end the person that does the day to day job is not as senior as the person that sells the service..anyway. This is the latest "hiccup" my current property manager did.


    Can anyone recommend me a good property manager in Brunswick ?

    I thought you used Nelson Alexander in Essendon? I use them for my Brunswick property and they have been excellent. They charge 5.5% Inc GST

    I still do - but they are on a "wait and see" as the PM we had moved on.

    I have been using Different Property Management and they have been brilliant so far after taking over a nightmare with the previous property manager. They have been super hard working, diligent in all their work and very efficient. Plus they have an awesome online portal for everything.

    I use Bricks and Mortar as my pm for my Preston and Reservoir IPs. She is great to work with and is much better than my old PM.

    I used to use Nelson Alexander Preston/Reservoir and they were terrible, end up changing PM's.
