I posted a recent thread without the full picture of requirement, so re-posting. Wanting to refinance $1.54m worth of commercial property loans from 2 different banks across to the one bank. We currently get $111k return on rent p/annum. Our current loans per annum require payment of $90k for interest only loans. We want to refinance at 75% LVR, nothing less. Can anyone help?
There are alot of brokers here that can help you. But I think more info is needed - are you after lease doc, lo doc or full doc ? - what kind of commercial security ? - is this a dollar for dollar refinance?
