    Hi

Looking for a broker who has experience in lending based on the following circumstances:

    - couple borrowing in two names with overseas income to buy resi in personal name

    - both are currently guarantors for an Aus company loan for commercial property (not sure if this affects serviceability)

Please PM if you have experience or recommendation

    Thanks!

Most lenders will accept it, some banks will apply shading on income more then others.

what if it was for joint expat citizens now resident in the UK (non-residence for tax purposes in aus.) 1 of them is self-employed, and 1 of them saleried.

    Any options for refinancing?

As long as you are Australian citizen or permanent residents you are ok.

Self employed income will limit the lender options as there is only a few lenders that will do self employed plus expat lending.

PAYG income is no issues for expat clients with several lenders.

Is the point of refinancing ascertain a cheaper rate or equity release or both?
