Broker clawback- is it legal?

    That article states the broker cannot pass the clawback to the consumer (borrower)
    The broker can be subject to clawback for up to 2 years after settlement but they can no longer pass that charge on to the borrower.
    Why are you considering CBA? There could be a better alternative
